New Live Chat system

Scheduled - Nottingham College is launching a new Live Chat system replacing the current system in use on the Nottingham College website. This will be going live on Tuesday 21st July from 8:30 am. No user action is required as the switch will happen automatically for all users. If you have previously used our Live Chat service, the new system will look different but offers more advanced capabilities and knowledge to provide better help and support for topics around Nottingham College.

Scheduled - Nottingham College is launching a new voice/phone triage system for our main telephone enquiries number 0115 9 100 100. In order to smoothly transition between the current and new system we will be closing our phone lines at 4:00 pm on Monday 20th July which is slightly earlier than the normal closing time of 4:30 pm. This is to allow us to prepare the process of switching the number from the old system to the new one.

We are taking various steps to ensure we do not cause any major disruption to our main telephone enquiries number.

The new system will be in place from Tuesday 21st July from 8:30 am.

Scheduled - Our Learner Hub application portal (apply.nottinghamcollege.ac.uk) will be undergoing scheduled maintenance for a routine software upgrade by our vendor Tribal.

During this software upgrade our Learner Hub application portal will be unavailable. This includes functions like logging into your account, viewing application progress and other actions, which use our apply.nottinghamcollege.ac.uk domain.

As applying or enrolling onto courses also goes through our Learner Hub system, apply actions on the college website will also be temporarily suspended and replaced with a maintenance message during this period. This is because applications will be unable to be processed during the maintenance.

Further updates will be provided if required leading up to or during the maintenance period.
