We experienced a disruption to our main inbound telephone number 0115 9100 100 from 12:25 PM yesterday (Tuesday 28th July). When attempting to call this number, the call would hang up rather than connect to our voice agent.
We were able to restore service at 8:30 AM this morning (Wednesday 29th July).
The reason for the loss of service was due to a configuration change that had an unexpected impact on additional areas. We are currently working with our provider to further understand why this change caused issues with our main phone number to lose sync with the system that is used for voice.
